OZZY OSBOURNE, ALICE COOPER Honored At MOJO Awards

BBC News reports that Ozzy Osbourne has won the "icon" gong at the Mojo awards which took place at The Brewery in London.

"There are icons and there is Ozzy Osbourne. Long may he continue to reign," said Mojo magazine chief editor Phil Alexander, who hosted the event.

The awards dedicated to celebrating the greatest names in modern music were voted for by readers of Mojo magazine.

Alice Cooper, who was described as a "gentleman, a rocker and our hero" by Alexander, was honored with the "hero" award.
